Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.

Your wishlist and recently viewed products are saved in your browser and, when you are signed in, in your account so they are available on your other devices. We also count how often products are shared from our share buttons; these counts do not identify you.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and go directly to them. We never see or store these details. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with a payment reference.

Emails from us

Order emails (receipts and download links) are sent for every purchase. New-product alerts are sent only if you subscribe, and price-drop alerts only for products in your wishlist. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and price-drop alerts can be switched off on your Wishlist page.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the website to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and completing checkout. These cookies do not contain your payment details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website such as the cart and your account may stop working.

Who we share information with

We share information only when it is needed to run the store:

• Razorpay, to process your payments
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data
• Email delivery services, to send your order and account emails
• Authorities, if we are required to by law

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons, even if you close your account. Contact messages are kept until the matter is resolved and then for a reasonable period afterwards.

The website uses a secure HTTPS connection, passwords are stored in encrypted form and access to customer data is restricted. No method of storing data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
