Agreement

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from pixkitpro.com. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Your account

• You need a free account to buy and download products.
• Please give accurate details and keep your email address up to date, because we send your order emails there.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used to break these terms, for example by sharing purchased files.

Our products

We sell digital products only, such as study material, worksheets, practice papers, course packs and source code. Nothing is shipped. Each product page describes what is included, the file format and size, and shows preview pages where available. Please read it carefully before buying.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are one-time payments.
• The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
• We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund the payment in full.

Delivery and access

After your payment is confirmed, your files are available immediately on the order confirmation page and in My account › Downloads, and we email you the links. There is no limit on how many times you can download your purchases. Please save a copy of your files on your device as well.

Gifts

If you buy a product as a gift, we send the download link to the email address you provide. Please check the address carefully. The buyer is responsible for the gift order, and gift purchases follow the same refund policy.

Licence to use

When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it for your own learning or, for teachers, in your own teaching. You may print files for your own use. You may not:

• Share, upload or publish the files anywhere, including groups, drives or file-sharing sites
• Resell, sublicense or give away the files, in original or edited form
• Claim the content as your own

Source code products show their own usage terms on the product page, which apply in addition to these terms. The full details, including what teachers may do, are in our Licence and usage terms.

Each purchase includes up to 5 downloads of each file within 1 year of purchase. The number of downloads left and the access end date are shown in My account › Downloads.

Reviews and messages

Reviews must be honest, relevant to the product and respectful. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, promotional or unrelated to the product.

Intellectual property

All products and website content, including text, designs, images and code, belong to pixkitpro.com or its creators and are protected by copyright law.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to make our products accurate and useful, but they are provided as learning resources and we cannot guarantee particular results, such as exam marks. We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, software, internet connection or the way a product is used. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in place when they were placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
