Shipping Policy

Digital products only

Everything sold on pixkitpro.com is a digital file. We do not sell or ship any physical items, so there are no shipping charges and no waiting for a courier.

When you receive your order

Your files are delivered as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, which usually takes a few seconds. Occasionally a bank takes a few minutes to confirm; your downloads appear as soon as it does.

Where to find your files

• Order confirmation page: download buttons appear straight after payment.
• My account › Downloads: every purchase is saved here and can be downloaded again anytime.
• Email: we send an order confirmation with your download links.

Gift orders

For gifts, we email the recipient a link to their gift as soon as payment is confirmed. The buyer receives the receipt.

Delivery problems

If your payment went through but you cannot see your files, first sign in and check My account › Downloads. If they are not there, contact us through our contact form with your order number or payment reference and we will make sure you get them.
